TILTON BRAKE PEDAL ASSEMBLIES

Designed for the rigours of competition use the Tilton range of brake, clutch or brake and clutch pedals has some 20 different styles. Many are available with lightweight aluminium pedals or with steel pedals which may be modified to suit particular installations.
Tilton pedals are designed to accept any Tilton, Girling or similar master cylinder with 2 1/4" (57mm) mounting hole centres. The price of pedals from Earl's Performance does not include master cylinders, which are sold separately after determination of what size and type will best suit the installation. Mounting possibilities include floor mount, pendant firewall mount, pendant overhung mount or even remotely mounted and connected to your own pedal by means of pushrods.
The brake pedals incorporate a Balance Bar, and accept two master cylinders, one for the front brakes, one for the rears so enabling adjustment to achieve optimum brake balance and performance. The Tilton Balance Bar Cable Adjuster Kit forms an optional extra for the Tilton pedals. WARNING: These pedals are designed for competition use. Converting a street car to accept Tilton pedals is generally difficult, and in the case of modern cars Earl's do not recommend such a conversion as you may contravene Australian Design Rules governing braking systems.
