DR MONI LAI STORZ
Dr Moni Lai Storz holds a doctoral
degree from Monash University. She has over twenty years experience
as a lecturer, public speaker, management trainer and consultant.
As an international management consultant to industry and government
bodies, she specialises in Accelerative Learning Strategies,
Train-the-Trainer programmes, Cross-Cultural Communication &
Management skills and Diversity Management. She is an Associate
of the Mt Eliza Business School, Monash University in Australia.
Moni is the Executive Consultant of Global Business Strategies.
She is the author of the top
selling Mind Body Power: The Self Help Book on Accelerated Learning,
Times Books International and Switch on Your Mind: Accelerative
Learning Strategies At Work, Allen & Unwin. Moni also writes
fiction and poetry as a hobby. Her first novel Notes to My Sisters,
was published by Times Books International, Singapore 1993. Her
collection of poems, Artworks of the Soul was released in Australia
in 1997. Her novel, Heaven Has Eyes was also recently published
by Monash University's Asia Institute in 1998. Her latest publication
is Dancing with Dragons:Chopsticks People
revealed for Global Business.

CHARLES KHOO
Charles holds a Bachelor of Commerce
from the University of NSW, a Graduate Diploma of Education from
the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Public Policy,
a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education from the University
of Melbourne.
Charles Khoo has been working
and training in the area of cultural diversity for the past thirteen
years. He has been on advisory committees for a number of organisations,
including the Center for Workplace Communication and Culture
at JCU, the NSW Office of the Director of Equal Opportunity in
Public Employment, Australia Council, Education Australia Magazine,
NSW TAFE and Collingwood TAFE.
He has been involved in the training
of managers, supervisors, front line staff and community workers
in such fields as managing cultural diversity in the workplace,
negotiating in cross-cultural contexts, developing effective
communication skills, delivering customer focused service, teaching
and learning strategies for teachers and students from diverse
backgrounds.

LOO-SEE WONG
Loo-See obtained her Bachelor
of Computer Science and Accounting in New Zealand and has undergone
various leadership programs including 'Leader Developing Leaders'
in the University of Michigan.
Loo-See Wong brings a unique
combination of industry expertise in Information Technology,
Human Resource and Business Operations in international companies
particularly Hewlett Packard. Having lived and worked in 4 countries
(Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia) and managed
across several Asia Pacific organizations and in global teams
with other nationals (Austria, Germany, US, UK, France, Italy,
Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand ), her invaluable experience
and interaction with people of various cultures at different
levels truly makes her an international player in the business
and human resources arena.
As a consulting trainer with
Global Business Strategies, Loo-See specialises in conducting
the 'Managing Virtual Teams in Asia' workshop which addresses
the real issues of many enterprises confronted with the challenge
of globalisation especially in the areas of remote team management
and performance. Loo-See also consults extensively with many
organisations in the area of international human resources, specialising
on managing and leading multi-cultural teams.

RAYNARD HARRIS
Raynard has over fifteen years
experience in education and training roles in Australia and Japan.
He completed his Bachelor of Education at Melbourne University
in the diverse subject areas of Drama and Business Studies. His
experience of working with the Consulate-General of Japan in
Melbourne gave him exposure to international cultural dynamics
and communication. He has over four years experience working
with Australian and International business people to achieve
greater performance and fulfilment in their lives. Raynard specialises
in training executives and their families on Australian business
and social culture when they have been relocated to Australia.
He is the trainer for our 'Australia Orientation Program'.

LING SEA
Ling Sea, born in Malaysia, comes
from a family of teachers. She is multi-lingual and was a Chinese
teacher whilst in Malaysia. Since migrating to Australia ten
years ago, she has been teaching Chinese. As a trainer with GBS,
she uses Accelerative Learning techniques to teach Mandarin in
the "Success in the
Chinese Economies of Asia" workshop. She is also our
principal trainer for the "Chinese
for Travellers" workshop.

JEFFREY LAI
Jeffrey Lai is the Executive
Director of Global Business Strategies. He has an Electrical
Engineering degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information
Technology from Monash University. Jeffrey has over fifteen years
of experience in the computer industry prior to establishing
GBS. His experience in the computer industry encompasses such
diverse roles as technical specialist in networking and office
automation, project management, line management, account management
with marketing and direct sales experience. He has worked for
Japanese, Italian and American computer companies.
Jeffrey is also an experienced
trainer using Accelerative Learning techniques. He was a lecturer
at the Hawthorn campus of Melbourne University teaching a variety
of subjects in the Information Technology area. He has also jointly
given workshops and seminars on Accelerative Learning with Dr
Moni Storz. He is a pioneer in the application of Accelerative
Learning to the teaching of computer subjects.
