On Saturday the 6th June 1998, past members, skaters and friends of the Skateland Roller Skating Club (Southport, Qld. Australia) got together for a reunion.

All up, there was some 300 skaters from the 1967 to 1974 era that were being sought for the reunion .... over 250 of these people had been located, with 120 attending the function (along with their families giving us a total attendance of around 250 people).
