Josh Brolin
Josh Brolin was born February 12, 1968. He is the son of actor James
Brolin. His parents divorced in the early '80's, and Josh's reaction to
this was not good since he got in trouble with the law.
Josh made his
feature film debut at age 16 in The Goonies, after taking acting classes in
high school. After high school, Josh moved to New York to further study
acting. In 1987 he got a part on the television show "Private Eye", where
he met actress Deborah Adair. At the young of age of nineteen, Josh married
Deborah, and they now have two children, Trevor and Eden. Although the
couple is now divorced, they still live together with their children on a
ranch in Paso Robles, which Josh inherited last year with his mother passed
away.
With three television shows on his resumé ("Private Eye" (1987), "The
Young Riders" (1989-1992), "Winnetka Road" (1994)), Josh has decided that
he prefers movies to the small screen. Most recently Josh has guest
starred in an episode of "The Outer Limits" and he has had parts in two new
movies -- Bed of Roses and Flirting With Disaster. You can catch him next
with Nick Nolte in Nightwatch, due out later this year, and also in the
Showtime movie Gang in Blue.
An interesting fact about Josh Brolin: He has a pierced nipple and several
tattoos.
