A letter of intent to bid for the World Broomball Championship must be submitted to the International Committee Chairman office by December 1st, two years prior to hosting year.
A letter of confirmation of host site must be submitted to the International Committee Chairman office by June 1st, 18 months prior to the Championships.
The host must provide two arenas with regulation size artificial ice surfaces, complete with regulation nets and ice markings.
The arenas should have separate, , clean dressing rooms for each of the competing teams.
The host must provide a minimum of two dozen official balls to be used during the tournament.
The host shall ensure there are adequate food concessions at both arenas.
The World Championship must be held during ........................... .
The host of the World Championship must submit the tournament schedule to the International committee Chairman for approval six months before the tournament.
The host shall make available five hotel rooms per team that sleep four persons per room for the duration of the Championship (minimum).
The host shall ensure an adequate transportation system to move the coaches and athletes between the hotels and arenas. This system must be available during the entire Championship at intervals of no less than 1/2 hour departures from each hotel and arena.
The host shall provide a person or committee to meet all delegates and teams at the airport or hotels.
The host shall organise an Awards Presentation function in order to formally present the team and individual awards. This function shall be able to accommodate all athletes and coaches. The admission fee should be a break-even charge. Alcoholic beverages at a reasonable price may also be served.
The host shall invite all sponsors to all protocol events during the World Championships.
The host shall select athletes for the following individual awards for the Male, Female and Mixed divisions at all World Championships.
The host must provide the game MVP awards for each game in the Championship.
The host shall be responsible for providing the required hardware and supplies for the results rooms.
The host shall be responsible to provide double occupancy accommodation for each official invited to the World Championships.
