What if Douglas Watt in postulating emotion as a central neurodevelopmental organising force for sentience (- Emotion and Consciousness: Implications of Affective Neuroscience for Extended Reticular Thalamic Activating System Theories of Consciousness) came close to a truth larger than biological entities?

What if there is a more elucidating paradigm for emotion and values?

What if that paradigm looked a little like the ancient concept of virtues?

What if these virtues were conscious entities?

What if these virtues formed a matrix capable of sustaining other conscious entities?

What if it was this matrix Jesus was referring to when he focused his teaching and preaching on a realm he termed either the 'kingdom of God' or the 'Kingdom of Heaven'?
