The Victorian Battle Squadron is based in the state of Victoria, Australia.

What is Big Gun R/C Warship Combat?

Well, I'm glad you asked. It's where people build scale model warships and arm them with CO2 powered cannon throwing ball bearings. They take them out on to a pond and engage in combat with each other. The ships are "armoured" with balsa wood that is pentratable. If there is enough holes and if the pumps can't keep up with the intake of water, they sink.  They retrieve them, patch the holes, and because everything else is water proofed, send it out on a mission of revenge.

The War Game With Real War Damage

The Ships are models of any real ships that were laid down between 1900 and 1946. This covers the majority of the classic battleships, cruisers, destroyers, submarines, carriers and merchantmen that served in WW2 and WW1. If it was laid down during that period than you can build and go into combat with it!

The Golden Era of the Big Gun Ship lives on!

Bill Kirwan built this DKM Deustchland from a Swampworks Kit.
Here it prowls Canberra waters near Sunset.

The Victorian Battle Squadron is looking for more Captains to SINK,
