The ZIP version of the Free Books on this site should work on all computer systems, Apple/MAC, Linux, UNIX Win 3.X etc., with an Internet browser program installed. NOTE: Use the appropriate EXE version if you are using Windows 95 / 98 / 2000 or NT.

• Go to the mirror site that is closest to you.

• After downloading unpack the EXE or ZIP compressed file.
• If you double left click fast on the EXE version it will self extract, and create a folder on your Windows 95 / 98 / 2000 / NT desktop, with the book name.
• If you use the ZIP version tell your unzipping program to unzip the contents to a folder representing the book name, eg. stress, positive, webart.
• Once you have created and extracted the contents to this folder, click this folder to open its contents.
• Look for the 'aindex' file in the file list.
• When you find the 'aindex' file double left mouse click it, fast.
• This will open the book at the first page.
• PLEASE NOTE:Some servers are stripping the EXE file extension off some file downloads, so it may appear as eg., positive, or positive.yb, on your computer. If this happens, you will have to rename it positive.exe before you can activate it.
